Asset Labels

An asset label is used primarily in protecting computer and IT equipment. It is usually printed with a barcode and details of where the item is to be returned, should the item it's protecting get stolen or lost. The asset sticker is usually produced small enough so that it can be stuck on a space on a laptop, portable applicance or server, offering discrete protection. The adhesives used in asset labels are usually very strong and offer a good bond, making removal in one piece or replacement, almost impossible.

These labels are designed to offer a strong bond to the equipment that they are applied to and are designed to be a very effective deterrent against removal and theft.

The usually contain a unique number and some form of message or contact number in order to reunite the rightful owner with the lost or misplaced item. With more portable devices in the market that contain sentivitve personal or private business information, it's imperative that you get your kit marked up to protect them.

Different sized asset labels can be manufactured to allow for application to the smallest devices. We offer specific sizes that are suitable to make even the smallest of USB pen drives (or thumb drives), going up to larger labels that can be affixed to larger items such as monitors and printers.
